Atunci c\u00e2nd un material izolant electric este supus unui c\u00e2mp electrostatic, sarcinile electrice opuse din materialul dielectric formeaz\u0103 dipoli. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-32628 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/alltestpro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/dipole-1.png\" alt=\"Figura dipolilor \u00een factorul de disipare.\" width=\"262\" height=\"140\"><\/p>\n<p>Un condensator este un dispozitiv electric care stocheaz\u0103 o sarcin\u0103 electric\u0103 prin plasarea unui material dielectric \u00eentre dou\u0103 pl\u0103ci conductoare. Ace\u0219ti curen\u021bi sunt rezistivi \u0219i consum\u0103 energie, acesta este curentul rezistiv IR. Restul curentului<br \/>\neste stocat pe curentul pl\u0103cilor \u0219i va fi stocat desc\u0103rcat \u00eenapoi \u00een sistem, acest curent este curent capacitiv IC.  <\/p>\n<p>Atunci c\u00e2nd sunt supu\u0219i unui c\u00e2mp de curent alternativ, ace\u0219ti dipoli se vor deplasa periodic pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce polaritatea c\u00e2mpului electrostatic se schimb\u0103 de la pozitiv la negativ. Atunci c\u00e2nd GWI se degradeaz\u0103 \u00een timp, acesta devine mai rezistiv, determin\u00e2nd cre\u0219terea cantit\u0103\u021bii de IR.
