Seorang teknisi melakukan uji getaran dan melihat adanya getaran yang tidak normal. Pengujian lain dilakukan tanpa beban dan getaran abnormal tetap ada. Akar penyebab getaran masih belum ditentukan. Sebuah tim dari Instrument Resource Co. di Bangkok Thailand dihubungi untuk menyelidiki motor lebih lanjut untuk mencoba dan menentukan penyebab getaran abnormal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Motor Circuit Analysis\u2122 (MCA\u2122)<\/strong> dilakukan dengan menggunakan ALL-TEST PRO 7 PROFESSIONAL\u2122. Dengan melakukan serangkaian tes, AT7\u2122 mengidentifikasi masalah setelah melakukan fungsi tes DYN. Pengujian khusus ini dirancang untuk memverifikasi integritas dan kesehatan stator dan rotor. Pengujian ini memerlukan putaran poros motor. Pengujian Dynamic Stator dan Rotor Signature yang dipatenkan oleh ALL TEST Pro menemukan adanya ketidakseimbangan dalam Dynamic Stator Signature.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-23268\" src=\"https:\/\/alltestpro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-000-300x189.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"189\"><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Analisis Tanda Tangan Dinamis  <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Garis Hijau adalah tanda Stator dan mewakili deviasi nilai rata-rata selama rotasi untuk setiap fase. Dua garis putus-putus hitam mewakili Tanda Tangan Rotor dan termasuk tanda tangan atas dan bawah. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-23313\" src=\"https:\/\/alltestpro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-003-300x165.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"189\" height=\"104\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-23358\" src=\"https:\/\/alltestpro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-006-300x159.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"119\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-23343\" src=\"https:\/\/alltestpro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-005-300x79.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"270\" height=\"71\"><\/p>\n<p>Motor telah dibongkar. Ditemukan irisan slot stator yang longgar. Slot stator yang longgar ini menyebabkan getaran yang berlebihan dan ketidakseimbangan pada Dynamic Stator Signature.  <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-23388\" src=\"https:\/\/alltestpro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-008-300x216.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"216\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-23373\" src=\"https:\/\/alltestpro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-007-300x225.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\"><\/p>\n<p>Setelah motor diperbaiki dan dipasang kembali, serangkaian pengujian lainnya dilakukan dengan AT7\u2122.
