Un technicien a effectu\u00e9 un test de vibration et a remarqu\u00e9 une vibration anormale. Un autre test a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9 \u00e0 vide et la vibration anormale a persist\u00e9. La cause premi\u00e8re de la vibration n&#8217;a pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9termin\u00e9e. Une \u00e9quipe d&#8217;Instrument Resource Co. \u00e0 Bangkok, en Tha\u00eflande, a \u00e9t\u00e9 contact\u00e9e pour examiner le moteur plus en d\u00e9tail et tenter de d\u00e9terminer la cause de la vibration anormale.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;<strong>analyse du circuit moteur\u2122 (MCA\u2122<\/strong> ) a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;aide du logiciel ALL-TEST PRO 7 PROFESSIONAL\u2122. En effectuant une s\u00e9rie de tests, l&#8217;AT7\u2122 a identifi\u00e9 le probl\u00e8me apr\u00e8s avoir ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 la fonction de test DYN. Ce test particulier est con\u00e7u pour v\u00e9rifier l&#8217;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 et la sant\u00e9 du stator et du rotor. Ce test n\u00e9cessite la rotation de l&#8217;arbre du moteur. Le test brevet\u00e9 ALL TEST Pro de la signature dynamique du stator et du rotor a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre dans la signature dynamique du stator.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-23268\" src=\"https:\/\/alltestpro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-000-300x189.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"189\"><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Analyse dynamique de la signature  <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La ligne verte est la signature du stator et repr\u00e9sente la d\u00e9viation des valeurs moyennes pendant la rotation pour chaque phase. Les deux lignes noires en pointill\u00e9 repr\u00e9sentent la signature du rotor et comprennent une signature sup\u00e9rieure et une signature inf\u00e9rieure. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-23313\" src=\"https:\/\/alltestpro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-003-300x165.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"189\" height=\"104\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-23358\" src=\"https:\/\/alltestpro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-006-300x159.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"119\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-23343\" src=\"https:\/\/alltestpro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-005-300x79.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"270\" height=\"71\"><\/p>\n<p>Le moteur a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9mont\u00e9. Des cales de fente de stator desserr\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9es. Ces fentes de stator desserr\u00e9es \u00e9taient \u00e0 l&#8217;origine des vibrations excessives et du d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre de la signature dynamique du stator.  <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-23388\" src=\"https:\/\/alltestpro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-008-300x216.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"216\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-23373\" src=\"https:\/\/alltestpro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-007-300x225.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\"><\/p>\n<p>Une fois le moteur r\u00e9par\u00e9 et r\u00e9assembl\u00e9, une autre s\u00e9rie de tests a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec l&#8217;AT7\u2122.
